Rotary Extends Support to Haritha Karma Sena

The members of the Haritha Karma Sena in Kadannappalli-Panapuzha Grama Panchayat can now carry out their duties without worrying about the rain. The Rotary Club of Pilathara distributed raincoats to the Haritha Karma Sena members of the Panchayat as part of its support initiative.
The distribution ceremony was held at the Grama Panchayat Hall and was inaugurated by Grama Panchayat President Mr. T. V. Chandran, who also addressed the gathering. He said that whenever the Grama Panchayat had approached the Rotary Club with various needs, the club had always responded with a sympathetic and supportive attitude.
The function was presided over by Vice President Mrs. V. A. Komalavalli. Among those who addressed the gathering were Mr. Subhash T.
